Not everyone knows what it’s really like to operate a pizzeria, I know sounds crazy. So show them! Show them the day to day life of an operator. Don’t be afraid to give away any secrets just be you and show that on video.

Show how you make the dough or pizza sauce, show the before the dinner rush (how everything is prepped and ready to go). People love seeing you in action, that’s why Snapchat and Instagram stories are so popular. It doesn’t have to be perfect, in fact, the rawer and more natural the better.
