1. Can you tell me more about yourself and the role you serve at Colony Foods?
I transitioned from a retired restaurant owner 4 pizza places to a role that I feel suits me at colony foods as a sales consultant. I used Colony as my primary supplier in all 4 locations and I feel the the products and service they supplied to me attributed to my success.
2. What sets Colony Foods apart from other food distributors in the region?
Family not corporate is what colony foods thrives on. The 4 owners are family and they treat all employees and customers as such.
3. What types of food products do you distribute? Do you specialize in any particular categories?
I service a variety of clients. They include pizza places, food trucks, breakfast and lunch, and bakeries. All colony products are necessary to service my customers. They range from pizza cheese to sauces to bacon to cleaning products. All of which colony has readily available.
4. Who are the customers you primarily serve?
My customers, as I stated, range from breakfast deli to local pizza places to bakeries to food trucks to local pubs.
5. How do you build and maintain strong relationships with your customers?
I have always loved people. I loved my employees and my customers and this environment is no different. I love all colony employees and I love trying to help my customers achieve their success. I feel colony works for my personality and I feel blessed to be part of the family.
