Sales Training Seminar: Building Flavor & Sales Excellence
Earlier this month, our sales team gathered for an inspiring Sales Training Seminar, where we had the pleasure of learning directly from Old Neighborhood, Chair City Meats, and Citterio. It was more than just tasting—though the tasting was excellent!
- The team sampled Old Neighborhood’s roast beef, enjoying its rich flavor and tenderness.
- They savored Citterio’s capicola, its balanced spice and texture offering excellent talking points for customer conversations.
- They tried Chair City Meats’ shaved steak, noted for its versatility and quality in both sandwiches and hot or cold applications.
In addition to tasting, the group participated in a sales exercise designed to sharpen their product-positioning skills: how to match product attributes to customer needs, handle objections, and upsell effectively. We believe this hands-on approach boosts confidence in presenting our featured proteins, improving both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
